decisions of the Chuuk State Supreme Court are published in one volume of the Chuuk State Supreme Court Reports (cite as 1 CSR ___ (1994)). Other opinions are published in the volumes of the FSM Supreme
Court Interim Reporter system.
The opinions set forth on the Legal Information
System (LIS) track the exact page numbering citation format of the cases as they appear in the Chuuk State Supreme Court Reports. The page number designations can be used for reference and citation purposes.
