§201. Identification of property.
§202. Annual inventory.
Each item of furniture and each piece
of equipment which is the property of the Legislature shall be numbered
and shall be identified as property of the Legislature. These marks
shall be displayed in a conspicuous place. The Chief Clerk of the
Legislature or, in his absence, the Treasurer shall be responsible for
overseeing this system of identification and to record each item so
identified and keep said record in the files of the
Legislature.

The Chief Clerk of the Legislature
or, in his absence, the Treasurer shall carry out an annual inventory of
the property of the Legislature. The inventory shall be carried out
and completed within four weeks of the opening of the January regular
session of the Legislature.
