A joint petition for divorce. The Ponape State Court, YOSTER CARL, Associate Justice, held that the parties having been separated and never cohabited as man and wife since June 21, 1968, were entitled to a decree of divorce pursuant to 39 TTC Section 201(s).
1. Courts - Jurisdiction - Divorce
The Court has jurisdiction to grant the parties divorce pursuant to 39 TTC Section 1.
2. Domestic Relations - Divorce
Parties who had separated and never cohabited as man and wife since June 21,1968, were entitled to a divorce pursuant to 39 TTC Section 201(s).

A joint petition for divorce was filed by the parties on May 17, 1984. Pursuant to the said petition, this Court enters the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Both parties are and have been residents of the State of Ponape for more than two years.
2. The parties were married by Rev. Aliksos Alik at the

Mwalok Congregational Church on or about October 29, 1966.
3. On or about June 21, 1968, the parties separated and never cohabited again as husband and wife.
CONCLUSION OF LAW
1. This Court has jurisdiction to grant the parties divorce pursuant to 39 TTC Sections 1 and 201 (8).
2. The parties are entitled to a divorce.
3. No child support or alimony shall be ordered.
WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the divorce of the parties is granted and their marriage be and the same is dissolved.
