APPENDIX TO TITLE 12
ON CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT
The following appendices to Title 12 on Crimes and Punishment contain provisions from the Trust Territory Code (1980).
Appendix A is from Chapter 4 on Controlled Substances of
Title 63 on Crimes and Punishment.
Appendix B is from Chapter 8 on Weapons of
Title 63 on Crimes and Punishment.
These titles have been set forth as they
were published in the 1980 Trust Territory Code (except for minor
formatting changes to improve readability) for reference. No attempt
has been made to revise these provisions, so as to allow further review of
these provisions by the Chuuk State Legislature.
