It shall be unlawful to possess any knife or knives in any public place, except that any knife or knives used in the course of reasonable business activity carried on in a particular public place may be used in that public place by those engaged in carrying on that reasonable business during its normal working hours.

Any person who violates the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than 50
