There is hereby authorized an annual appropriation out of the General Fund of Chuuk State

The funds appropriated pursuant to this Chapter shall be distributed in the proportion that the following fractions bear to the monies appropriated pursuant to this Chapter.

The municipal police subsidy fund shall be administered by the

The municipal police who are selected and approved by the municipal magistrate, with the advice and consent of the municipal council of each municipality, upon compliance with Section

The magistrate of each municipality, with the advice and consent of the municipal council, shall transmit or cause to be transmitted the name(s) of the municipal police from hi municipality to the Chief of Police

Any municipal policeman who fails to keep, compile, and submit his daily journal required by Section

No municipal police officer receiving a subsidy under this Chapter shall be removed from this position without the prior written approval of the District State Chief of Police.
